| 1. This vehicle is the property of Renjam Rentals and is rented to you in good condition. You will return the vehicle to us in the same condition, with the same equipment with which it was rented to you. You are responsible for all damages to the vehicle, except for ordinary wear and tear.
2. You agree that this vehicle will not be used in any manner that represents a violation of the Rental Agreement. Violations of the Rental include, but are not limited to the following:
(a) Allowing an unauthorized driver to drive the vehicle. Must be a holder of a valid drivers license
and are at least 21 years of age, and 70 years or less.
(b) Operating the vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, regardless of amount or driving in a state of drowsiness.
(c) Obtaining the vehicle by giving false information or through misrepresentation.
(d) Using the vehicle for any illegal or improper purpose.
(e) Tampering with the odometer, speedometer or any other device on the vehicle.
(f) Carrying passengers for hire; expressed or implied.
(g) Using the vehicle off of paved roadways, public or private.
(h) Using the vehicle to push or tow anything.
(i) Leaving the vehicle unattended unless the key is removed, all doors and windows are sealed and locked, and the vehicle is parked in a well lit and safe place.
(j) Permitting anyone to use the vehicle in any of the above violations.
